Dedicated Vendor-Cost Maintenance on a Predictable Monthly Plan

Choose the maintenance cadence that fits your catalog activity, vendor complexity, and material-cost exposure. Each plan includes a six-month rate lock, with reviews performed for each month paid in advance.

Each plan begins with onboarding and implementation, followed by recurring vendor-cost maintenance and documented exceptions for the agreed scope. A separate $1,000 one-time setup and implementation fee applies.

Choose Your Vendor-Cost Maintenance Cadence

Every plan reviews approved vendor-cost sources against your master item list. Choose one, two, or four cost-maintenance cycles per paid month.

Six-Month Rate Lock and Setup

Your selected rate and review cadence are locked in for six months, starting when we deliver your first baseline review. The baseline counts as your first included review.

Each month is paid in advance. If a month is unpaid, we do not perform or bill for its reviews, and they do not roll over. Resume during the six-month rate-lock window by paying the next monthly fee at your locked-in rate. No new implementation fee applies while the engagement remains active.

The $1,000 implementation fee covers onboarding, the initial cost baseline, and your agreed review and delivery workflow. It and the first monthly fee must clear before work begins.

Save 5% When You Prepay All Six Months

Pay the $1,000 implementation fee and all six months of your selected plan upfront to save 5% on the combined total. This option covers your scheduled reviews for the full six-month engagement.

Why One-Time Cleanup Is Not Ongoing Cost Maintenance

An initial master-item-list cleanup creates a starting point. It does not keep vendor costs current after the cleanup is complete. Vendor pricing changes, account terms change, manufacturers discontinue or replace parts, and distributor files introduce new exceptions.

Which Cadence Fits Your Operation?

Monthly maintenance may fit companies with a smaller active catalog, steadier purchasing patterns, and fewer vendor sources. Two or four reviews per month may fit companies with higher parts activity, more active estimating, more frequent vendor changes, or tighter material-margin targets.

We recommend a cadence after reviewing your active item count, vendor sources, system workflow, and the level of maintenance you want your internal team to retain.

A more frequent cadence gives your business more opportunities to identify and address cost changes; it does not ensure that every change is detected before a quote or invoice is issued.
